SneakBrief aims to provide our readers with breadth instead of depth. We will provide you with a quick snapshot of the most crucial business news of the day, all condensed into a two pager report, allowing you to independently deep dive into what matters most!

Your SneakBrief report will be delivered to you in English. However, our news coverage includes English, Malay, and Mandarin sources, so you know that you will be well covered!

Please activate your subscription by sending us any WhatsApp message at +6011 5627 6323 with your registered number. Once done and upon verifying with our records, you may expect to receive your SneakBrief report in two business days.

 

  1. Why did I not receive my SneakBrief report after subscription?

Please make sure that you have activated your subscription by sending us any WhatsApp message at +6011 5627 6323 with your registered number. Once done and upon verifying with our records, you may expect to receive your SneakBrief report in two business days.

 

If you have already done so and still have not received your SneakBrief report after two business days, please reach out to us at sneakbrief@gmail.com. We apologise for the inconvenience and we will not consider the missed days as part of your subscription period. You can expect to receive a response in two business days.

You will be receiving your SneakBrief report on your registered WhatsApp number that you provided us at the point of subscription.

 

  1. How many days a week can I expect my SneakBrief report?

You will be receiving your SneakBrief report by 8am from Monday to Saturday.

 

  1. What time will I receive my SneakBrief report?

You will be receiving your SneakBrief report by 8am from Monday to Saturday.

 

  1. What if I want my SneakBrief report to be delivered to a different WhatsApp number?

Please reach out to us at sneakbrief@gmail.com about your request via your registered email. If you no longer have access to your registered email, you may send us a request via another email, and we will seek confirmation on your request from the currently registered WhatsApp number. You can expect to receive a response in two business days.

 

  1. How do I renew my subscription period?

You can click ‘Subscribe Now’, choose the subscription plan of your choice and proceed to payment. Please make sure that you enter the same WhatsApp number and email address as your previous subscription. Our system will automatically extend your subscription plan once you have done so.
