Delivery

We make catching up to business news easy by delivering your SneakBrief report directly to your WhatsApp account.

For the delivery to be seamless and smooth, please make sure that you have activated your purchase by sending us any WhatsApp message at +6011 5627 6323 with your registered number. We wish to bring to your attention that the report delivery will not happen until this step is completed. However, you can rest assured that we will only consider your purchase to have commenced after the activation of your WhatsApp account with us.  

Once done and upon verifying with our records, you may expect to receive your SneakBrief report in two business days.

Your SneakBrief report will be delivered to you in English, by 8am from Monday to Saturday. As SneakBrief is currently still in its infancy stage, we reserve the right to alter delivery channels, timing and days to better suit our customers’ needs and wants. Any such changes will be communicated to you via email and will be deemed as final.

Refund

You will be given a 24-hour grace period from the point of purchase for subscription cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us at sneakbrief@gmail.com. Anything past 24 hours from the point of purchase will not be eligible for cancellation.

As a general rule, SneakBrief will not entertain any other types of refund requests unless in special circumstances, where it will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If such cases were to arise, SneakBrief would only refund a sum that is commensurate to the remaining subscription period from the date of refund decision. In other words, we will not refund the proportion of the subscription period prior to the date of refund decision, when our SneakBrief report was delivered.

If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method, bank account or any other payment methods that is agreeable and convenient for both you and SneakBrief. Please remember that certain payment methods may take up to 10 business days for third-party service providers such as banks and credit card companies to process the refund.

For the avoidance of doubt, the decision to refund and the exact amount to be refunded will be at SneakBrief’s absolute and sole discretion. For any refund inquiries, please reach out to us at sneakbrief@gmail.com. You can expect to receive a response from us in three business days.
